Helpers

We charge a small fee of £20 per weekend to help at Strategy and Evolution, as a contribution towards your catering for the weekend. 

In return, you will receive:

• A fun-filled weekend in Cirencester Park
• All meals will be catered, from Friday evening to Sunday lunch
• Tea, coffee, and plenty of snacks!
• Access to the Helper Lounge – a great space to relax

All helpers who sign-up and pay for Strategy or Evolution before 10th May 2026 will get a free t-shirt! When you sign-up, please select your preferred material (cotton or performance), size, and a name or nickname if you would like your t-shirt to be customised. Helpers will receive one t-shirt, whether helping for both weekends or a single weekend.

Additional t-shirts, including performance material t-shirts, will be available to purchase from the S&E Shop!

It takes hundreds of helpers to make Strategy and Evolution happen! Helpers are allocated to different teams, ranging from cafe, safety, admin, programme, site – the list is endless!

Please note: when you sign-up, you are selecting your preferred role. We are not able to allocate every helper into their preferred role, as we need to ensure that every team has enough helpers to run safely and effectively. Your allocated role will be confirmed closer to the event.
